Tsezar OHON was born in August 16, 1957 in Rozsohy village of Derazhnianskyi Raion in Khmelnytskyi oblast.
Education
1976 – graduated from Shepetivka Agricultural College of Accounting, specializing – accounting in agriculture, qualification – accountant.
1983 – graduated from Ternopil Finance and Economics Institute, specializing – Finance and Credit, qualification – economist.
1989 – PhD Candidate of Economics.
2005 - PhD of Economics.
2006 - has academic degree – professor.
He is engaged in research and teaching activities, has published 110 scientific works (papers).
Work Experience
1976 – 1978 – Service in Armed Forces.
1983 – 1984 – Senior Controller-Inspector of the Ministry of Finance of the USSR in Starokostiantynivskyi Rayon of Khmelnytskyi Region.
1984 – 1985 – Trainee Teacher of the Moscow Financial Institute.
1985 – 1988 – postgraduate student and undergraduate thesis at Moscow Financial Institute.
1988 – 1993 – Assistant, Senior Lecturer, Assistant Professor of Finance Department, Deputy Dean of Financial and Economic Department of Ternopil Institute of National Economy.
1993 – 2006 – leading positions at public authorities: Head of of Financial Economy and Budget Revenues Department of Khmelnytsky Regional Office, Deputy Head of Department, Head of Revenues Department of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Head of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Budget.
2006 – 2007 – Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
2007 – 2018 – Deputy Director of Budget Revenue Department of the Accounting Chamber.
On 15 March 2018, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed Tsezar Ohon as the Member of the Accounting Chamber (Decree of the Verkhovna Rada dated 15 March 2018 No. 2345-VIII).
