Gennadiy Plis was born in May 20, 1967, in the city of Pervomaisk of the Luhansk Oblast (Ukraine).
Education
1991 – graduated from the Voroshylovgrad Machine Building Institute, specialty – mechanical engineer.
2000 – graduated from the Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine, specialty – lawyer.
2001 – graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Investment Management, specialty – investment manager.
Ph.D in Technical Sciences, 1993, defended his thesis at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
